Great Divide

What is it?

The name Great Divide comes from the use of “flip-flops” to divide the rate of the oscillator by two.

Dividing an oscillator by two produces a “sub-octave”. Mixing the primary oscillator together with the sub-octaves produces musically related harmonics.
